Program Manager, Business & Partnership Programs

📋 Description

• Drive execution of partnership programs end-to-end
• Serve as ops contact for external partners; track SLAs
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Clinical, Ops, GTM, Legal, Finance)
• Build and maintain program plans, trackers, playbooks
• Monitor program health; track metrics and risks
• Improve partner operations with scalable processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in program/project management or operations
• Strong PM fundamentals: planning, milestones, risk
• Documentation thinker; creates playbooks/templates
• Clear communicator; proactive updates and meetings
• Comfortable with ambiguity; biased toward action
• External partners, vendors, or clients experience; immigration sponsorship not available
