📋 Description

• Own program mgmt for Tier 1 engagements from kickoff to steady state.
• Structure engagements, drive execution, ensure flawless communication.
• Build detailed project plans with milestones, RAID logs, owners.
• Serve as primary contact, build relationships with executives.
• Design cadence of updates, steering meetings, exec reviews.
• Produce executive-ready reports translating tech to business.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in program or project mgmt with external-facing engagements.
• Exceptional executive communication, including to C-levels.
• Build and drive detailed project plans with cross-functional accountability.
• Structure ambiguous, complex engagements into clear plans and cadences.
• Strong risk/issue management in fast-moving environments.
• Calm, organized operator who earns trust under pressure.
