Program Manager, Care Operations

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end execution of care programs from workflow documentation to go-live tracking to
• Coordinate across Clinical, Product, Engineering, and Care Delivery Operations to keep programs on
• Manage program timelines, deliverables, and status tracking for active care contracts and
• Serve as a consistent point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned
• Translate clinical protocols and product capabilities into operational workflows the Care Delivery
• Build and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and training materials that allow programs to run reliably

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in healthcare operations, program management, or an adjacent field.
• Value-based care, population health, or managed care experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to create structure in ambiguous environments.
• Strong process documentation skills — SOPs and playbooks that teams actually use.
• Experience working with care management platforms, AI-enabled tools, or operational technology in
• Analytical and data-driven — use metrics to track progress and make decisions.
