Program Manager - Community Content and Events (EMEA)

📋 Description

• Plan and deliver regional/local technical programming for events
• Track deadlines and assets; coordinate with vendors and procurement
• Identify and resolve risks and blockers for event programs
• Maintain internal tools and public site for event agenda/speakers
• Own onsite speaker experience for internal and customer speakers
• Collaborate with Community teams and VP of Community to align goals

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years PM experience leading large conferences in B2B SaaS; partner with tech
• Cross-functional collaboration; strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Data-driven PM; build workflows, intake processes, estimation models
• Influence without direct authority at senior levels
• Willing to travel up to 15% domestically/internationally
• English and French proficiency
