🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Contingent Workforce Mgmt/MSP ops; 2+ years managing people.
• Hands-on with VMS (Fieldglass or Beeline).
• Strong analytics from metrics like funnel performance and rate benchmarks.
• Proven experience with supplier networks, SLA tracking, scorecards.
• Excellent verbal/written/presentation skills for exec stakeholders.
