📋 Description

• Design, launch, and scale customer community programs.
• Create power user initiatives, advocate cohorts, and loyalty programs.
• Build repeatable program models, playbooks, calendars, and rhythms.
• Act as front-line Harvey ambassador with customers and community.
• Partner with CS, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Comms.
• Lead planning for events and high-value customer experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in customer marketing or community roles in SaaS/AI.
• Experience building customer communities, advocacy programs, or events.
• Strong marketing instincts for engagement, loyalty, and impact.
• Experience coordinating with external partners and agencies.
• Excellent program management with multiple workstreams.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building with senior customers.
