📋 Description

  • Identify friction in the customer journey and translate to CX programs.
  • Own end-to-end deployments for enterprise customers (onboarding, value).
  • Lead cross-functional CX initiatives from charter to adoption (onboarding, SLAs, QBRs).
  • Build program structures: plans, governance, risk, launch readiness.
  • Align cross-functional teams on ownership, tooling, and execution.
  • Define and track program success via dashboards and KPI frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-5 years in PM, CS Ops, or similar cross-functional B2B SaaS roles.
  • Proven experience leading complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and outcomes.
  • Strong operator mindset: turn ambiguity into charter, milestones, owners, metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent with Excel/Sheets; dashboards and KPIs; SQL/BI a plus.
  • Experience improving onboarding, adoption, support, renewals, or enablement.
