Program Manager (Data Center Construction)

📋 Description

• Lead data center and infrastructure construction programs across multiple sites.
• Oversee Construction Project Managers; coordinate field execution with engineering and leadership.
• Drive program-level strategy, risk management, and operational excellence in a fast-paced
• Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and contingency plans for on-time delivery.
• Serve as senior owner’s representative with GC/subcontractors, vendors, and authorities.
• Promote standardized processes, KPIs, dashboards, and cost-saving innovations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CM, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Eng or related field (or equivalent).
• 10+ years in construction PM/Program management for data centers or large infra.
• 5+ years direct people management experience.
• Proven ability to deliver complex programs on aggressive schedules and budgets.
• Strong technical knowledge: civil/site, structural, MEP, controls, commissioning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management; experience presenting to execs.
