Program Manager, Delivery - CCaaS

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of CCaaS solutions from planning to handoff.
• Own program governance for CCaaS, with plans, risks, issues, change control.
• Provide strong program leadership to cross-functional, international teams.
• Champion clear communication with engineering, product, marketing, and execs.
• Drive Agile and hybrid delivery lifecycles for CCaaS implementations.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financials to stay within funding.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software development in PM/Delivery/Program Manager roles.
• Experience deploying or maintaining CCaaS solutions (Genesys, Amazon Connect, Five9, Google CES).
• Proven ability to manage complex program dependencies across vendors, carriers, and internal teams.
• Strong financial acumen: budgets, resource utilization, and variance analysis.
• Empathy and confidence in managing complex software products with multiple stakeholders.
• Delivery leader who can assess risks, escalate, and partner with architects/engineers.
