📋 Description

• Direct all aspects of program execution, including staffing, subcontractor performance, scheduling
• Serve as the primary management point of contact for Government representatives, maintaining
• Meet regularly with Government leadership to review program performance, resolve issues beyond the
• Evaluate contract performance against requirements, milestones, work plans, schedules, and quality
• Plan, direct, and coordinate complex Government contracts, including resource allocation, budget
• Supervise technical personnel responsible for executing contract requirements, including staff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical or management field
• 15+ years of relevant experience directly related to explosives/energetics decontamination
• Demonstrated experience planning, directing, and coordinating large-scale Government contracts
• Experience managing subcontractors and vendors, including budget, schedule, and contract management
• Experience supervising technical personnel, including staff recruitment, professional development
• Demonstrated responsibility for compliance with Federal, State, and local environmental regulations
