📋 Description

• Lead implementation and delivery for Law Enforcement customers.
• Manage cost, schedule, performance, risk, and technical execution.
• Learn technical concepts quickly; translate requirements to engineering teams.
• Plan end-to-end deployment and integration; drive milestones with engineering.
• Travel up to 30% annually; engage with high-level officials.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Development, and Engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-facing professional services/program manager with law enforcement experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; interaction with senior leaders.
• Proven track record delivering hardware/software; Agile with tech teams.
• Experience implementing internal systems and controls for large-scale law enforcement projects.
• Experience with law enforcement and commercial UAS software development.
• Law Enforcement/Federal Program Management: tech assessments, systems design, budgeting.
