Program Manager, DFR - Chicago

📋 Description

• Lead all aspects of implementation for law enforcement customers.
• Coordinate with Chicago PD and partners to ensure contract success.
• Plan end-to-end deployment; manage cost, schedule, and tech needs.
• Translate customer needs to Skydio’s agile product and tech teams.
• Build relationships with law enforcement customers and engineering to meet milestones.
• Support go-to-market and business activities as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a customer-facing professional services or PM role.
• Experience with law enforcement or military engagements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders.
• Proven track record delivering new tech via agile development.
• Experience implementing internal systems for large-scale law enforcement projects.
• FAA Part 107 certification encouraged within 60 days; may be required.
