📋 Description

• Lead and deliver implementation for Law Enforcement customers.
• Manage project planning, risk, budget, schedule and performance.
• Liaise with LAPD and Skydio engineering to meet milestones.
• Translate customer needs to agile product and tech teams.
• Handle ambiguity and multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams across departments.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a customer facing professional services or program manager, preferably for law enforcement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders; focus on PM tools.
• Proven track record delivering new technology, agile development with technical teams.
• Experience with Law Enforcement and commercial Unmanned Aircraft Systems and related software development.
• Law Enforcement / Federal Program Management experience: technology assessments, systems design, budget planning.
• FAA Part 107 certification within 60 days is encouraged.
