Program Manager, Driver and Vehicle Compliance

📋 Description

• Support compliance of Waymo’s growing fleet across evolving markets
• Collaborate with legal, policy, safety, security and privacy teams to define transportation policy
• Protect and advance Waymo’s intellectual property and drive corporate and commercial transactions
• Ensure compliance with a complex and dynamic set of global regulations
• Work with vendors and Waymo’s software development teams to create scalable regulatory solutions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years in regulatory compliance or closely related roles
• Experience managing or partnering with vendors, contractors, or extended workforce
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
• Ability to identify process gaps and opportunities for automation
• Collaborative, organized, and capable of solving problems in ambiguous environments
• Experience turning repetitive tasks into automated workflows
