Program Manager, Employee Giving and Volunteering

📋 Description

• Manage and scale Ripple’s employee giving and volunteering programs globally
• Administer CSR software and donation matching workflows
• Drive employee participation with internal education and communications
• Partner with workplace teams and ERGs for volunteering opportunities
• Lead in-person and virtual volunteer events across Ripple offices
• Track participation and impact metrics to inform strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in social impact, CSR, and employee engagement
• Direct experience managing CSR platforms (Deed or Benevity) and matching workflows
• Experience coordinating data collection, analysis, and insights across programs
• Cross-functional collaboration with HR, Communications, and Workplace teams
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Bias for action with ability to manage complex logistics globally
