• Lead Ripple’s employee giving and volunteering programs globally.
• Manage CSR software, donations matching, and volunteer pages.
• Drive participation through internal education and comms.
• Partner with workplace teams and ERGs for volunteering opportunities.
• Oversee regional nonprofit and academic partnerships.
• Plan and run in-person and virtual volunteer events; travel 20–25%.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven CSR, social impact, and employee engagement experience.
• Direct CSR platform experience (Deed/Benevity) and donation workflows.
• Experience synthesizing data and reporting impact metrics.
• Experience partnering with HR, Communications, and Workplace teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Bias for action; able to manage complex logistics and events.
