Program Manager - FDE and Managed Outcomes

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end FDE and managed-outcomes engagements from scope to delivery and handoff
• Hold the single source of truth for engagement status, milestones, owners, and risks
• Run cadence — standups, check-ins, and reviews that drive decisions
• Unblock FDE engineers by surfacing dependencies and protecting focus from churn
• Be the steady contact for customers during delivery; own timelines and expectations
• Translate between engineer-speak and customer updates; turn fuzzy asks into deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Several years leading complex cross-functional programs or engagements (delivery, FDE, or technical PM)
• History turning messy, early-stage operations into repeatable systems
• AI-native; you automate your work, build agents/workflows, and default to AI
• Strong ownership; chase loose ends and keep commitments
• Skilled at managing engineers and customers; technical with relationship trust
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building from early traction
