📋 Description

• Direct the definition, planning, execution, and monitoring of a portfolio of strategic programs and
• Provide weekly, and sometimes daily, program and project management throughout the program
• Align Federal Programs personnel across customer engagements and internal projects
• Identify and manage program risks and issues, and define corrective actions to avoid or minimize
• Design program playbooks that standardize repeatable implementation processes across similar

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of Department of War program management experience across complex, multi-program
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required)
• Active Department of War Secret clearance (Tier 3 investigation), with the ability to obtain a Top
• S. citizenship (required)
• Proficiency with software delivery methodologies and portfolio management for SaaS, on-premises, or
• Proficiency with Salesforce and a Customer Success platform (e.g., Planhat, Gainsight, ChurnZero or
