Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead strategic planning, execution, and success of customer infrastructure initiatives
• Manage a multi-domain engineering team (PMs, Network Architects, Cloud Engineers, etc.) and ensure
• Oversee delivery of task orders, financial health, and contract compliance
• Serve as POC for COR and coordinate with stakeholders and subcontractors
• Own cost, schedule, and performance; drive risk management
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in MIS/CS/Engineering or 5+ years related tech experience
• Minimum 7 years of verifiable management experience; 5+ years in networking, mobility, cloud, and
• Experience leading program management activities, IMS, KPI tracking, and risk management
• Experience with complex invoicing, staffing, subcontractor management
• Ability to manage on-call rotation and provide escalation support
• PMP and ITIL V3/V4 certifications preferred
