• 8+ years in operations/strategy/VC/PE/consulting; 5+ years at a company.
• Own end-to-end, large, ambiguous problems and craft actionable plans.
• Engage with executives to influence strategic decisions.
• Excel under pressure with high motivation and adaptability.
• Strong analytical skills; present results to leaders clearly.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
