Program Manager - Germany

📋 Description

• Deliver satellite mission programs end-to-end on time and within budget.
• Orchestrate across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams.
• Ensure programs meet commitments while building strong customer relationships.
• Base in Munich or Berlin; travel to Espoo and customer sites.
• Drive scalable program management practices for Missions.
• Contribute to ICEYE's leadership in space-based ISR.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (5–10 years) managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs
• Strong customer-facing experience with senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Expertise in program planning, execution, and governance (scope, schedule, budget, risk)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under uncertainty
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• Fluent German (native level) and ability to obtain security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
