📋 Description

• Own end-to-end immigration strategy; SME for US visa categories
• Build rotation and mobility program; manage international transfers
• Document processes; manage vendors; define KPIs (time-to-file, cost-per-matter)
• Design scalable manager communications; intake SLAs and self-service resources
• Leverage AI to automate workflows and draft communications
• Support global expansion and M&A; assess work authorization for new markets

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in corporate immigration and global mobility in a multinational environment
• Strong PM skills with scalable programs linking strategy to execution
• Systems-oriented mindset; build playbooks enabling repeatable, autonomous work
• Genuine AI fluency; using tools to scale comms and automate workflows
• Exceptional communication; translate legal nuance into business options for leaders
