Program Manager - Growth Operations, Contract

📋 Description

• Manage the growth program end-to-end: top-of-funnel growth, applications processing, hiring and
• Represent Scale’s brand to candidates and stakeholders; drive engagement and improve growth
• Optimize full growth funnel for conversion and experience
• Build and lead new growth recruiting campaigns and channels
• Be subject matter expert for recruiting systems (ATS: Greenhouse) and provide training
• Own internal reporting and analytics; keep hiring data clean and up-to-date

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years in Growth, Recruiting or RecOps at a rapidly growing company
• Extensive Greenhouse Site Admin experience; ad hoc reporting via TA tools
• Strong knowledge of Gsuite (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication; tailor messaging to diverse audiences
• Deep understanding of Growth/Recruiting Pipelines, Funnels and Conversion metrics
• Project management, data manipulation, process improvement experience
