Program Manager, GTM Systems

📋 Description

• Own cross-functional GTM systems programs (CPQ, deployment, data quality)
• Prepare and run quarterly business reviews for GTM initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, CS, Revenue Ops, Deal Desk, and Tech to stay aligned
• Translate between technical detail and executive priorities
• Define and track business outcomes each program drives
• Aggregate and maintain docs, plans, and status views

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on GTM experience at a software company—lead-to-cash, quotes, renewals
• Understanding of Salesforce, CPQ platforms, or customer success tools
• Track record owning cross-functional alignment with senior stakeholders
• Strong program management: planning, tracking, risk and dependency management
• Clear written and verbal communication across technical/executive audiences
• Thrives in fast-moving environments with high ambiguity
