Lead weekly build readiness with CM team; train partners on build matrix
Manage system allocation database; track delivery schedules; update device tracking tool
Coordinate with product development and MechEng/EE to ensure BOM readiness in Agile
Manage NPI build asset tracking

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of program management experience in hardware development
5+ years experience with CMs/vendors, guiding and driving results in hardware life-cycle
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Excellent organizational skills with cross-functional coordination
Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities
Proven leadership with project management and supply chain skills
