Program Manager, Harmful Activity

📋 Description

• Drive priorities and system health for harmful activity, owning program standards and execution
• Translate policy, legal, and technical constraints into practical workflows and controls
• Identify gaps in the current framework and drive enhancements to policies, procedures, controls
• Own escalations and complex case patterns for residual volume; harden standards and automation over
• Align Product, Engineering, Policy, Legal, and Operations to resolve dependencies and push critical
• Build and maintain documentation, guidance, and operating standards that embed consistent execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in content integrity, safety operations, abuse operations, or related program roles at
• Experience owning program priorities, measures, and operational health for content or risk domains.
• Working knowledge of harmful activity domains and how policy, legal, and technical constraints
• Experience translating policy or legal requirements into practical workflows, controls, and
• Experience with automated or model-driven enforcement systems, including detection, classifiers, or
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, Policy, Legal, and
