Program Manager I

📋 Description

• Manage Bailment with Ford by working with Ford Coordinators and Mission Control for vehicle
• Manage insurance policies for internal and external fleets run by Latitude
• Support vehicle shipping by utilizing local or Ford programs to arrange shipment or movement of
• Support vehicle purchasing by assisting in sourcing, quoting, and arranging the purchase of assets
• Manage Latitude’s internal Vehicle Sign Out Program
• Support vehicle usage reporting by running quarterly or as needed reports for Mission Control

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or Associate's with 2 years experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years
• At least 2 years of operational or logistics management experience
• High organizational ability, managing large quantities of assets and documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable to organizational changes
