Program Manager I

📋 Description

• Own assigned projects and workstreams, leading lower-to-mid complexity IT projects from intake
• Coordinate across technical and business partners to keep work moving and facilitate project
• Maintain accurate project status and communicate changes early, supporting project intake
• Prepare status reporting, dashboards, and metrics for review by senior PMO team members and help
• Help IT Operations teams maintain healthy backlogs and clear work definitions, supporting Kanban
• Identify recurring friction, gaps, or manual work in project delivery and suggest practical

🎯 Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience managing technology, IT, business systems, or cross-functional
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, strong meeting facilitation abilities, and
• Working knowledge of Agile practices, Scrum, or Kanban, with comfort working with changing
• Ownership of work without needing constant direction, comfortable asking for help when context or
• Experience with Jira or a similar project management platform, strong comfort with spreadsheets
• Curious about how systems, processes, and organizations work, receptive to feedback, and interested
