Own assigned projects and workstreams, leading lower-to-mid complexity IT projects from intake
Coordinate across technical and business partners to keep work moving
Maintain accurate project status and communicate changes early
Prepare status reporting, dashboards, and metrics
Help IT Operations teams maintain healthy backlogs and clear work definitions
Identify recurring friction, gaps, or manual work and suggest improvements

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of hands-on program management experience with technology, IT, business systems, or
Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
Strong meeting facilitation abilities
Working knowledge of Agile practices, Scrum, or Kanban
Experience with Jira or similar project management platform
Comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, documentation tools, and collaboration platforms
