Program Manager II

📋 Description

• Serve as primary contact for clients; manage relationships and satisfaction.
• Lead program oversight; align client expectations with study execution and timelines.
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams; balance priorities and drive solutions.
• Communicate program status, risks, and updates to clients and leadership.
• Lead scope definition for new work with Business Development; assist with quotes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2–4 years in a CRO environment overseeing/managing projects
• Experience managing client relationships and program execution
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to proactively identify risks and drive solutions
