📋 Description

• Drive strategic cross-functional GTM programs across product lines.
• Redesign frontline Salesforce workflows to cut tech debt and boost funnel.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Systems Operations on GTM planning.
• Lead stakeholder alignment and change management across the GTM organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years’ experience incl. 2–3+ in Sales/Revenue Ops or GTM.
• Experience in high-growth startup with multi-product sales motions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Sigma, and GTM analytics tools.
• Implemented automation or AI-enabled workflow improvements.
• Led complex cross-functional programs from strategy through execution.
• Translated business needs into scalable Salesforce-like enhancements.
