📋 Description

• Drive enterprise program governance and delivery excellence by designing and implementing program
• Lead executive-level client relationships by serving as the primary strategic advisor to C-suite
• Own program financial performance and risk by managing budgets of $5M+, establishing risk
• Develop and elevate the program management practice by defining and implementing methodologies and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Program or Project Management roles
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale programs in Healthcare IT or comparably complex
• Demonstrated experience managing program budgets of $5M or greater
• PMP or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification, or equivalent demonstrated competency
• Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) preferred

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay range of $110,000 to $141,000/yr USD
