Program Manager, Implementation (Launch)

📋 Description

• Plan and manage assigned launch workstreams from definition through close-out, including scope
• Build the program plan and task structure for each workstream, sequencing work by business
• Maintain the workstream backlog and status in the team's tracking tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira
• Identify and escalate risks and roadblocks early, with a proposed mitigation or options for the Sr.
• Define and monitor KPIs that show whether launch goals are being met, including follow-through and
• Analyze program and practice-level data (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce reporting) to surface

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or relevant field. Significant relevant work experience may be
• 6+ years of relevant experience in healthcare (program management, project management, or a related
• Demonstrated track record of managing multi-stakeholder programs or initiatives with competing
• Working knowledge of ambulatory EHR environments and how they affect clinical workflows and data
