• Own End-to-End Dataset Creation: lifecycle from demand planning to capacity and quality management.
• Lead Strategic Planning/Resource Allocation and quality management across cycles to align with
• Manage Stakeholder Collaboration with engineering partners and label requestors.
• Establish Robust Governance to monitor progress and report to stakeholders.
• Drive Continuous Improvement with cross-functional teams locally and globally.
• Manage Vendor Operations and Problem Solving with data-driven approaches.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in technical or business discipline with 8+ years managing large-scale programs.
• Extensive experience in Product Operations or executing multiple product cycles.
• Background leading cross-organizational programs with ML data annotation or Human-in-the-Loop
• Proven ability to define and execute projects within timelines and manage multiple initiatives
• Comfort with ambiguity and thriving in dynamic environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with globally distributed teams.
