• Lead planning, execution, growth of advanced mobility programs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, autonomy, robotics
• Manage schedule, budget, technical performance, contracts
• Engage government/industry customers; align requirements
• Support proposals, capture strategies, future programs
• Prepare executive updates and program reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related
• 7+ years leading complex technical programs
• Strong PM skills: budgets, schedules, forecasting
• Proven leadership across diverse functions
• Excellent communication with executives and partners
• Proficiency with MS Office; MS Project
