Program Manager, North America Policy

📋 Description

• Partner with US & Canada Campaigns Director to drive strategy, deliverables tracking, and reporting.
• Own development and implementation of policy programs across regions.
• Drive clear lines of communication between local campaign teams and global leadership; surface risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with each campaign region to deliver regular reporting and tracking (weekly reports, strategic campaign plans, quarterly policy reports).
• Ensure individual projects are executed according to strategic priorities.
• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives requiring senior internal and external engagement, including with government stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to independently lead and execute complex cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders.
• 8+ years of relevant US or Canadian political and/or policy campaign work; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented and process-driven—drives clarity in complex environments.
• Expertise in strategy development; connect high-level strategies to operational excellence with measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication skills, written and oral, across a wide range of formal and informal contexts.
• Familiarity with North American legislative and regulatory processes, including policy shaped through government affairs or advocacy partners.
