Program Manager (On-site)

📋 Description

• Lead operational improvement initiatives across distribution centers and transportation network
• Build and maintain analytical models in Excel, SQL, and Python/VBA to surface trends, measure
• Write SQL queries to pull and analyze operational data from source systems, translating complex
• Design automated reporting solutions for real-time operational insights and root-cause analysis.
• Partner cross-functionally to align priorities, clear obstacles, and keep initiatives on track.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in operational analytics, supply chain analysis, or project management
• Fluency in SQL - comfortable writing queries, joining tables, and aggregating data from large
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects end-to-end.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
