🎯 Requirements

3-5 years in operations, enablement, or related field
Passion for teaching and adult learning principles
Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training (virtual and in-person)
Ability to understand product, tools, and processes and build programs
Excellent communication and presentation; cross-functional with senior leaders
Strong organizational skills; manage multiple training initiatives
