• Maintain one view of cross-departmental initiatives: owners, status, dependencies and risks, with

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years in program management, project management or strategy and operations roles at a B2B SaaS
• Has driven cross-functional programs from brief to delivery with several stakeholders and senior
• Has built visibility across a portfolio of workstreams, using trackers, status reporting and tools
• A strong writer and storyteller, able to turn updates and numbers into something leaders grasp
• Skilled at facilitation: you run meetings with senior people, keep them to time, and leave with
• Data-driven, comfortable building trackers and spotting when numbers don't add up
