📋 Description

• Maintain one view of cross-departmental initiatives: owners, status, dependencies and risks, with
• Take projects from brief to delivery: agree scope and owners, build the plan, chase dependencies
• Support the Partnerships contribution to company moments such as SKO and Forge Partner Day
• Drive cross-functional initiatives that cut across teams, clarifying ownership, keeping work moving
• Support the department's OKRs, business reviews, narratives and All Hands: building trackers and
• Support the cadence of department updates and PR-FAQ tracker for major launches, ensuring

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years in program management, project management or strategy and operations roles at a B2B SaaS
• Has driven cross-functional programs from brief to delivery with several stakeholders and senior
• Has built visibility across a portfolio of workstreams using trackers, status reporting and tools
• Strong writer and storyteller, able to turn updates and numbers into something leaders grasp
• Skilled at facilitation: runs meetings with senior people, keeps to time, and leaves with clear
• Data-driven, comfortable building trackers and spotting when numbers don't add up.
