Program Manager - People Operations

📋 Description

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Build and maintain scalable documentation, workflows, and programs
• Design and scale employee programs across teams and locations
• Own HR policy development, interpretation, and compliance
• Partner with Legal, Finance, internal apps and Eng to align programs
• Analyze people ops data to identify trends and improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in people ops, HR generalist, or program mgmt
• Strong program management with process design and optimization
• Solid understanding of HR policies, labor and employment law
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
• Proven track record building scalable processes and documentation
