10+ years of experience building and scaling global People or HR experiences.
Experience leading complex programs in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership.
Strong systems thinking across people, processes, tools, policies, and org decisions.
Proven ability to build enduring stakeholder relationships and clear accountability.
Disciplined problem solving with data-driven reasoning.
High agency and sound judgment; act quickly when progress is blocked.
