Program Manager, Procurement Center of Excellence

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional procurement transformation across Sourcing, P2P, T&E, and risk.
• Develop and maintain the procurement transformation roadmap with cross-team alignment.
• Translate business needs into scalable requirements; design processes and controls.
• Drive quarterly planning and execution with milestones, risks, and resources.
• Contribute to delivery: requirements, design, testing, rollout, training.
• Partner with procurement verticals to accelerate execution from idea to implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in PM, ops, procurement, or related fields.
• Proven cross-functional leadership with multiple stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into scalable processes or tech solutions.
• Strong procurement, finance, risk, or legal workflow knowledge.
• Partner with tech teams to design and scale processes.
• Experience with procurement platforms (Zip/Oracle/OneTrust/Navan) and change mgmt.
