Program Manager, Product Operations

📋 Description

• Program-manage cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Data
• Keep programs on track with plans, dependencies, risks, and timelines
• Translate vague business requests into clear requirements and decisions
• Support Product & Tech operating rhythms: quarterly planning, roadmaps, launches
• Strengthen feedback loops between Product & Tech and cross-functional teams
• Enable data-informed decisions with metrics and leadership updates
• Manage core tooling: trackers, docs, dashboards
• Ensure initiatives deliver long-term optimization and learnings

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in program management, project management, or operations in cross-functional env
• Strong PM fundamentals: planning, sequencing, milestones, risk management
• Documentation-focused: playbooks, templates, repeatable processes
• Clear communicator: proactive updates, effective meetings, decisions captured
• Comfortable with ambiguity and bias toward action
• Tech-savvy: product lifecycles, integrations, APIs, and data aren’t a black box
• Collaborative with empathy and accountability
