Lead execution and operational maturity for COCO UAS deployments
Coordinate flight ops, logistics, sustainment, subcontractors, finance, and customers
Drive scalable processes for growth and mission success
Manage program metrics, budgets, and resource tracking
Identify risks and bottlenecks; drive schedule adherence
Establish cadence of organized meetings and follow-up

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in DoD program management
Experience with MS Project or Smartsheet
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Strong leadership, time management, and communication
Expert understanding of complex project financials
Ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance
