Program Manager, Regulatory Readiness & Enablement

📋 Description

• Support compliance with global vehicle traffic laws and Road Rules.
• Coordinate intake and updates between internal teams and outside counsel.
• Maintain electronic records of requirements, updates, and change logs.
• Help identify new or changed laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, lawyers, and cross-functional teams to run the Road Rules program.
• Escalate issues to resolution and track progress.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in vehicle codes, systems requirements, or paralegal work on similar topics.
• Strong organizational skills; experience with Jira or similar PM tools.
• Experience working with legal teams and engineers/product managers.
• Appreciation for traffic rules and road safety.
• Collaborative, creative, and organized mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity or drive to automate processes where possible.
