Program Manager, Safeguards Workforce Operations

📋 Description

• Own the workforce lifecycle for contractor, vendor and BPO reviewers: onboarding, offboarding
• Triage and execute inbound requests for new or changing vendor, BPO and contractor capacity
• Turn ad hoc or broken processes into scalable ones, with clear owners, service levels and a system
• Partner with IT and Security on access governance: least-privilege provisioning, timely revocation
• Build and maintain capacity plans with Enforcement leads, translating review demand into workforce
• Work with Safeguards vendor management to hold partners accountable to capacity and onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Have personally run onboarding, offboarding, access and device provisioning for contractor, vendor
• Have operated scaled human review programs with vendors or BPOs, such as trust & safety
• Have taken a broken or ad hoc process, made it scalable, and brought other teams along in adopting
• Understand the fundamentals of capacity planning: how volume, handle time, quality targets, ramp
• Exercise sound judgment on access and permissions, and know when to bring in IT or Security
• Move quickly and stay effective when priorities change and information is incomplete
