📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of sales and retail operations programs from intake through launch and benefits
• Lead end-to-end onboarding of new retailers, distributors, and channel partners, turning each
• Manage the operating cadence behind demand forecasting, sales planning, and allocation, driving
• Drive programs supporting Roku's international Player and Retail businesses, adapting processes to

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, sales operations, retail or channel
• Experience in consumer electronics, retail, or high-volume physical-goods business; exposure to
• Demonstrated ability to build roadmaps, manage dependencies and critical paths, and run a
• Fluency with program management tooling (Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Confluence).
• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, scenario modeling) and experience with sales
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite
