📋 Description

• Responsible for running programs across Ambrook, including placemaking, events, tech enablement
• Own placemaking in the SF office, ensuring it provides a welcoming environment and supporting
• Partner with founders on special projects, preparing for key meetings and hires and driving
• Shape how customers and candidates meet Ambrook by recruiting customers for research sessions and
• Catalyze community with events such as coffees, intimate dinners, and meetups in the SF metro area
• Improve tech enablement by working with department managers and program managers to manage tool

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 8 years of experience in operations, recruiting, hospitality, or production roles.
• Hospitable and care about craft, from noticing guest needs to event content and office interior
• Friction bothers you; you prefer improving systems over working around broken ones.
• Good with tools, able to set up new hire accounts, fix conference room issues, and use AI to save
• Know talented people in key SF circles (tech, startups, design, research, industry) and have
