Own and manage scale customer onboarding programs supporting a high volume of commercial customers
Partner with sales, marketing and enablement to evangelize the program
Guide customer goals and drive onboarding closeout for many customers
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Sales to build scalable programs
Report on metrics and feedback to assess onboarding impact
Develop content and enablement resources for training and adoption

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
Experience managing customers through onboarding or implementation
Experience handling many customers at once and driving outcomes
Proven time management and organization skills
Comfort speaking to diverse customer personas and leading webinars
